We try to find the best rates to ship your order(s). We may use one of several carriers such as USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL. 
Payment can be made online using any credit card, google pay, apple pay, or payment wiring.

What size should I order?

Currently, we offer 3 unisex sizes of Small, Medium & Large for each color.  Please refer to the sizing chart to help you determine the best size for you.

What return & refund options are available?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may contact us to return your purchase within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase subject to our return policy. Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue a refund equal to the original purchase price.

Polar pockets are designed to accept any air activated hand warmer made by some of your favorite brands that include, but not limited to, Hot Hands, Grabbers, Tundra, and many more lesser known brands.

Can you wash your polar pockets

Accepted Answer

Our polar pockets can be washed with like colors on normal or delicate cycle with cold water and tumble dry low or let air dry.

How do we customize an order with our logo

Please contact us via E-Mail at tophandenterprises@gmail.com (tophandenterprises@gmail.com)and let us know you submitted an order greater than 20 pairs and would like you logo added to one of the pockets for each pair ordered. Please send us a digital file with your logo in one of the following formats.

Allowed file types: .pdf, .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .tif

Please note we can not add logos that require special licenses such as Disney, NFL, NCAA, NBA, NHL, MLB, etc.
